Pop-up books are a fantastic tool for visual storytelling, using careful manipulation of the page to create movement.
Starting with an introduction to a range of bookmaking techniques including cutting, folding, simple printmaking and creating kinetic structures, you’ll spend the day developing your own personal pop-up book.
By the end of the workshop, each student will leave with a collection of experimental maquettes, and a finished pop-up book.
